Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Assist in overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring projects are completed within established timelines and budgets.
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans, outlining milestones, resources, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative, technical, and operational, to facilitate project execution.
Team Support:
- Work collaboratively with the production team to foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Provide support and guidance to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
- Assist in task delegation, workload management, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Budget and Resource Assistance:
- Contribute to the development and management of production budgets, striving to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to secure necessary resources and support negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and contribute to the control of production costs throughout project lifecycles.
Quality Control:
- Assist in maintaining and enforcing high-quality standards during the production process.
- Participate in regular reviews to ensure deliverables meet project specifications and client expectations.
Client Interaction:
- Support communication with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and assisting in managing expectations.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify potential opportunities and contribute to client relationship building.
Risk Management:

- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to manage expectations and address issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Film Production, Media, Business, or related disciplines).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a production-related role.
- Basic understanding of project management with exposure to handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Demonstrated eagerness to support and work within a production team.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
