Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Specialist at AVCONEXPO in Lucknow. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts. The role also requires strong analytical skills and expertise in procurement.

- Source and procure raw materials, components, and equipment needed for engineering projects.

- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely delivery of goods.

- Coordinate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and specifications for procurement.

- Manage vendor relationships to maintain quality standards and resolve issues promptly.

- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to optimize procurement processes.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.

- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing strategies.

- Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, finance, and project management to support overall business objectives.

- Identify and source architectural products, materials, and solutions based on project specifications.

- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand design requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers and vendors to achieve cost efficiencies.

- Manage procurement timelines to ensure timely delivery and installation of architectural solutions.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about new products, materials, and technologies.

- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure product quality and reliability.

- Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.

- Implement procurement strategies that align with the company's business goals and project timelines.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the procurement process.
