Description

We are looking for a Procurement Executive with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and manage inventory levels
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and monitor procurement performance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting procurement costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
• 1-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices
