Role Description: Procurement Officer

We are looking for a dynamic, industry-focused Procurement Officer to join our team at Siddham PolyIndia Private Limited in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a key role in sourcing high-quality recycled materials, managing purchase orders, and overseeing the entire procurement process for our eco-friendly products.

In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating supplier contracts, ensuring cost-effective procurement, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors in the recycled plastics sector. Your expertise will help us continue delivering premium recycled products while meeting the stringent demands of our industry.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must have:

• Procurement expertise specific to the recycled plastics industry (rPET, Recycled PP, Recycled HDPE).
• Proven experience with purchase orders and contract negotiations related to sustainable materials.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize procurement activities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills tailored to the recycling industry.
• A passion for sustainability and a commitment to promoting green solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Industry-specific experience is required; only candidates with a background in plastics recycling or a related field will be considered for this role.
