Job Description

KAIZEN Asset Management Services, an industry-leading property management firm in Dubai, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement activities of the company, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. Your ability to negotiate contracts, evaluate supplier performances, and maintain accurate records will contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's operational needs and objectives
  • Source suppliers and negotiate contracts and terms of agreement
  • Evaluate supplier performances based on quality, cost, and delivery time to ensure ongoing supplier compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement requirements and provide appropriate support and guidance
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to avoid shortages and delays
  • Assist with supplier audits and assessment of supplier capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to optimize procurement operations

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar procurement role
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of legal and contractual requirements in procurement
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
