- Mechanical (FC)
- Sheet metal (K2, K3) (Knowledge of Soft & Hard stamping, High Speed Stamping, Sheet Metal tooling knowledge), Fine blanking, Surface treatment - Plating, Heat treatment
- Plastic (P1) - Thermoset & Thermoplastic parts, Detailed knowledge on these commodities, processes, key suppliers, cost structure
- Insulators/Labels (RM, suppliers)
- Al castings, extrusion, Non-Ferrous Forgings, castings
- Raw material Steel, Plastic
- Experience in Should costing, Digitisation
- ERP experience in SAP, Oracle
Preferred Skills
- Negotiation with supplier to drive YOY productivity, Drive QVE & Alternate sourcing projects.
- Contract management with the supplier & ensure smooth supply of quality parts with right qty as per scheduled time.
- Ensure data & system compliance.
