Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order creation and vendor payment. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing
  • Analyze spend data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and sourcing needs. Implement and maintain procurement systems and tools to enhance efficiency and transparency
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers and manage vendor relationships
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement activities and vendor staff. Manage risk in the supply chain by implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
