Theka Coffee is a new generation coffee brand catering to the millennial and the Gen Zs. Our goal is to serve freshly brewed coffees (sourced from single estate) at a minimal cost. Since our feature on Shark Tank S1 we have grown exponentially with our presence in 45+ cities and growing.
Experience Range:

Responsibilities
1. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
2. Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms.
3. Manage relationships with vendors.
4. Monitor and manage procurement budgets.
5. Conduct market research for industry trends.
6. Assess and mitigate procurement risks.
7. Ensure compliance with laws and policies.
8. Maintain procurement documentation.
9. Monitor supplier performance.
10. Identify cost-saving opportunities.
11. Collaborate with other departments.
12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
13. Resolve procurement-related issues.
14. Train and develop procurement staff.
Skills Required
Team leadership, Affluent communication skills, Good MS office skills
