- Create loyalty catalogues according to requirements.
- Must understand the client's needs through the direct communication channel of the Project Managers
- Understanding of prices, VAT, costs, markups, etc.
- Maintaining the standard of the cost center and extract best discounts
- Work closely with finance tea to settle invoices.
- Verify invoices before sending for validation to finance
- Create & Deliver catalogs in the format required by clients
- Training will be offered on platforms of STORY
- Update supplier prices on regular basis
- Registration of new suppliers
- Loading data from new suppliers and update of current suppliers (basic information such as address, contact phone numbers, etc.
- Respect and control of all Service Level Agreement (SLA) of deliverables
- Provide delivery times for the creation of catalogs and according to the SLAs agreed with our customers.
- Work proactively to keep master catalogs always update.
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Regular negotiation with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Overseeing and managing the Procurement systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
- Ensure that Senior Management are updated/informed on procurement cut-offs, delivery, and shipping schedules.
- Maintain and improve flow of paperwork between Procurement and other relevant departments for the efficient discharge & delivery of orders
Profile Required
- Graduate
- Min 2-3 years of experience in products sourcing across multiple categories & type of products/services
- Efficient, & organized.
- Proficient on Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem solver and solutions-oriented.
- Good at building relationships and maintaining strong bonds.
