This role oversees tasks that are related to production planning, inventory control, supply management and procurement and ensures program competitiveness and performance from the front end of the business through shipping materials to end locations.
Key Missions
We are hiring for Executive - Procurement based at NSEZ, Noida .
Responsibilities:
Connects with internal and external transport companies or departments for timely in-coming or out-going shipments
Ensures prompt and accurate declaration of permits and prompt delivery and clearance of shipments
Maintains the accuracy of the data in the ERP of the company
Investigates everything non-conformance and recommends corrective actions
Monitors OTDP/OTDR KPIs
Maintains and updates supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges etc.
Manages inventories and maintains accurate purchase and pricing records
Maintains good supplier relations and negotiating contracts
Manages orders on behalf of the customers
Holds experience and basic knowledge of procurement procedures and tools obtained through work experience
Faces problems that are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures
Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation
