Job Description:

Job Overview:

Engineer Procurement (Electronics) will work with suppliers (Components) and internal stakeholders to plan and procure E-components as per the demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review of E-BOM NPI Triggers and arrange quotes as per demand
• RFQ review, negotiation and validation and PO release for new projects.
• Review and acknowledgement of supplier T&C on RFQ/PO.
• Handling of Electronics MPRs and E-Consumable MPRs
• Create PO as per approved quote in SAP
• PO deliverable tracking and accounting.
• MIS report submission on project status with highlights.

Requirements:

• Interpretation of BOM & technical contents.
• Purchasing knowledge on E-Components.
• SAP or ERP system knowledge, Good knowledge of MS-Office suite.
• Strong knowledge on order scheduling and delivery management.
• Knowledge on commercials and taxation and inco terms.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, presentation and report preparation skills.
• 3-5 yrs of Proven experience in PCB assembly process & quality activities.
• Candidates from EMS industry preferred.
