Procurement Category Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for Direct Purchase & Contracts of MEP Packages, Vendor Development, Supply Chain Management, Supplier grievances handling

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for review of tender documents and issuing enquiries to approved vendors
• Responsible for getting quotation from bidders
• Handling co-ordination activities with internal & external stakeholders
• Prepare, review techno-commercial comparison
• Negotiation with Vendors
• Prepare and release PO/WO
• Supply Chain Management : Responsible to get delivery of material / services as per agreed lead time
• Responsible for handling supplier grievances

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Minimum of 8 years of experience with 5+ years of experience in real estate or related industry
