Job Summary:
Responsible for Direct Purchase & Contracts of MEP Packages, Vendor Development, Supply Chain Management, Supplier grievances handling
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for review of tender documents and issuing enquiries to approved vendors
- Responsible for getting quotation from bidders
- Handling co-ordination activities with internal & external stakeholders
- Prepare, review techno-commercial comparison
- Negotiation with Vendors
- Prepare and release PO/WO
- Supply Chain Management : Responsible to get delivery of material / services as per agreed lead time
- Responsible for handling supplier grievances
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with 5+ years of experience in real estate or related industry
