Job Role: Procurement Associate

Salary Range (LPA): 4.80 - 6.00

Experience Range: 3-6 Years

Industry Experience: Construction or Manufacturing

Educational Qualification: B.E/B.tech Civil

Role Location: Gurugram (Rajiv Chowk, NH-8)

Job Description:

Procurement Associate

:

- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services.

- Negotiating terms and agreements with suppliers to obtain favorable pricing, payment terms, and service levels.

Procurement Planning and Strategy:

Develop strategies aligned with project needs and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize procurement. Forecast demand to optimize schedules and inventory levels.

Bid Management and Contracting:

Oversee bidding process for construction projects, including RFPs and ITTs. Evaluate bids based on price, quality, and schedule. Negotiate contracts with vendors for favorable terms.

Material Management and Inventory Control:

Manage end-to-end procurement, storage, and distribution of construction materials and equipment. Optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and prevent stockouts. Implement stringent inventory control measures for accuracy and accountability

Quality Assurancee and Compliance:

Ensure procured materials meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct supplier audits, address non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.

Cost Management and Budget Control:

Strategically manage procurement budgets to maximize cost savings and project profitability. Analyze costs, identify opportunities for savings, and implement effective cost-control measures to mitigate risks of budget overruns and delays.

-Risk Management and Mitigation:

Identify, assess, and mitigate procurement risks including supply chain disruptions and price fluctuations. Develop contingency plans to safeguard project timelines and budgets. Stay vigilant of market trends to anticipate and address potential risks effectively.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain precise procurement records, generate insightful reports on performance and cost savings, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
