ROLE_
- _The Procurement Assistant will assist the Procurement Manager in managing and coordinating procurement activities, ensuring that all purchasing processes are carried out effectively and in accordance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously._
_Assist in the creation, issuance, and tracking of purchase orders. Ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner and follow up on order status and delivery schedules.Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and resolve any issues related to procurement. Maintain positive relationships with vendors.
_Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or low inventory to the Procurement Manager. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.Maintain procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Enter procurement data into the company's procurement system and generate reports as required. Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings._
- _Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Assist in audits and reviews as needed._

- _Minimum 1 year experience is needed_
_Educational Qualification : Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer
_Language known : English, Hindi, Urdu*_
