Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous accounting and finance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside supportive, collaborative, and agile teammates.
You'll contribute significantly to our Procure to Pay process for the assigned country or countries. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (GFC, Sourcing, Supply Chain, HR, Country/Region Treasury), handling document management, invoice processing, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of validating documents, managing litigations and credit notes, and posting financial transactions, but also responding to supplier queries.
We'll look to you for:
- Efficient receipt and processing of payable documents
- Accurate validation and data augmentation for invoices
- Compliance with archiving policies and regulations
- Effective management of litigations and credit note approvals
- Diligent posting of recoveries, down payments, retentions, and other financial documents
- Proactive response to supplier queries
- Contribution to Root Cause Analysis for any issues or errors
