Could you be the full-time Procure to Pay Specialist in [LOCATION] we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous financial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive teammates.
You'll streamline the Procure to Pay process for the specific country or countries assigned to your role. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Sourcing, Supply Chain, HR), manage payables and documentations, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of validating and archiving documents, processing various types of invoices, and managing litigations and supplier queries, but also contribute to Root Cause Analysis on critical issues.
We'll look to you for:
Receiving and processing physical and electronic documents
Scanning and validating documents in adherence to country policies
Managing invoice litigations and credit notes
Posting financial recoveries, down payments, and adjustments
Responding to supplier queries with professionalism and efficiency
Adhering to set process and SOPs while executing tasks

Degree in Accounting/Finance
Experience or understanding of accounting principles
Knowledge of accounting tools and basic financial processes
Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Ability to adhere to guidelines and maintain a high level of accuracy
