Could you be the full-time Procure to Pay Specialist in our dynamic and transformative finance team located in [LOCATION] we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive accounting and finance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, detail-oriented, and collaborative teammates.
You'll contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our Procure to Pay processes, ensuring financial integrity and operational fluidity. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Sourcing, Supply Chain, HR), manage accounts payable, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of analyzing AP ledgers, managing disbursements, and auditing employee claims, but also driving process improvements and standardizations.
We'll look to you for:
- Timely and accurate response to supplier invoice queries
- Maintenance and hygiene of ledgers for AP and GRIR
- Preparation and execution of payment batches
- Compliance with exchange control documentation and disbursement approvals
- Audit and validation of employee claims in line with policies
- Training of new hires and knowledge transfer during integration projects
- Active contribution to the deployment/enhancement of tools and systems

- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Experience or understanding of Procure to Pay processes
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Familiarity with financial auditing and controls
- A certification in accounting or finance (preferred).
