This position is an exciting opportunity to interact with live customer wherein you will support customers, resolving their credit card related queries.
Requires strong customer service expertise, communication and decision making skills.
What will you do:
- Provide customer support
- Identify and address customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction
- Follow company communications guidelines and procedures.
- Recommend improvement in the processes to bring efficiency in the process.
- Achieve good productivity number, CSAT and other parameters above benchmark to be competition
What will you need to know:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency and accuracy in typing, minimum typing of 30-40 word per minute
- Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks / details with accuracy and timeliness
