Develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids, and other resources, to support learning objectives.
Conduct effective training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing recruiters, both in classroom and virtual settings.
Facilitate discussions, exercises, role-plays, and other activities to reinforce learning objectives and promote skill development.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to trainees to help them improve their skills and overcome challenges.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for enhancements or revisions as needed.
Monitor calls on Communication, Soft Skills, and Process & Compliance Parameters.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or Process Trainer, with specific experience using an ATS.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions.
Ability to guide new joiners in communication improvement and build strong public relations.
Familiarity with any ATS system.
