Process Trainer / Sr. Process Trainer
Location: Mumbai
Department: Operations
Reports to: Vice President Operations
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions (New Hire, Refresher, Upskill, cross-training) for agents in Travel, E-commerce, or BFSI domains.
Perform mock calls and provide accurate and constructive feedback to trainees promptly.
Participate in internal and external calibrations to maintain training quality standards.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of training sessions.
Ensure immediate communication of updates to agents in training. Ensure adherence to all process guidelines and compliance matrices during training sessions.
Conduct training assessments and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for process certification. Ensure achievement of relevant training targets.
Prepare and maintain real-time training-related reports.
Provide actionable data and insights to support groups as needed.
Identify training and coaching needs within the team and collaborate with supervisors/managers to address skill gaps.
Conduct process knowledge tests to assess trainee comprehension and readiness
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English and Hindi communications (verbal and written).
Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a trainer in the Travel, E-commerce, or BFSI domains. Background in BPO/KPO or Captive environment.
Proficient in conducting presentations, Google Slides, Spreadsheets, and G-Suite applications.
Preferred Skills
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to trainees.
Effective coordination and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in coordinating training logistics and schedules.
Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
Proactive in identifying and addressing training needs based on performance gaps
