PROCESS TRAINER (Stock Broking domain)

PROCESS TRAINER :

Requirement:

• 2 Yrs. of experience in a BPO on paper, minimum 1 year of domain experience( Life Insurance or Stock Broking) as a Trainer.
• Candidate should be aware of their KPIs, KRAs, TNA, TNI and some basic terms used in Training Process like.. Throughput/Attrition and should be able to do the calculation as well.
• Candidate should be fluent with English and Hindi
• Candidate should be comfortable working in 6 days.
• Qualification Graduation is mandatory.
