JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PROCESS TRAINER
Location: Chennai / Madurai / Coimbatore.
Industry: BPO/KPO
Experience: 5-7 Years.
Salary: 5 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities :
Experience in Process Training in a BPO/KPO Non Voice International process
Responsible for conducting process training for new hires and evaluate their performance
Passion for training
Should have collaborated with the International customer
Should have experience managing the e learning platform
To collaborate with various stakeholders in the design of learning solutions/methodologies that caters to the business needs
Review the programs in line with market trends and current learning methodologies
Partner with training vendors and HR generalists in building capability frameworks and development plans for talents, career planning and skill development
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Candidates located in Chennai/Madurai/Coimbatore can apply.
2. Should have handled US clients.
3. Should have experience in one of the processes of
US Healthcare Insurance
US Mortgage Insurance
US Property & Casualty Insurance
US General Insurance.
US Banking
4. Should be willing to work in night shifts.
5. Only male candidates.
6. Notice period - should not be more than 2 months
7. Should possess excellent Communication Skills
8. Should have worked in a BPO/KPO Non Voice International process
9. Should have 5-7 years overall experience out of which minimum 2-3 years as Process Trainer.
