Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Process Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new hires and existing employees on the company's processes, tools, and best practices. This role is critical to ensuring that all team members have the knowledge and skills required to deliver outstanding customer service and meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees.
  • Design training modules and materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning courses.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to help them meet performance standards.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify training needs and gaps.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and company processes.
  • Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and employee performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Process Trainer, preferably in the BPO or customer service industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing training requirements and environments.
  • High level of patience and empathy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes in a BPO environment.
  • Certification in training and development is a plus.
