Responsibilities:

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Inform customers about theproduct terms, features, and services and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions
  • Following call center scripts when handling different topics
  • Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue andproviding solutions.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database.
  • Answer incoming calls and handle customer queries
  • Outbound and follow-up calls as required.
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
  • Route calls to appropriate resources if required.
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends incustomeralls.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
