Process Trainer

Description

We are seeking a Process Trainer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the job market context in India and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver effective training programs for new and existing employees
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps in the team
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement training materials and resources
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to management
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and training methodologies
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience as a Process Trainer or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to identify and analyze training needs
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training software tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• English & Hindi is a must
