Process Trainer

Description

We are seeking a Process Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the job market and will be responsible for training employees on various processes and technologies. The role requires someone with excellent communication and training skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process training programs for new and existing employees
• Conduct training sessions on various processes and technologies
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary modifications
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees to improve performance and productivity
• Track and report on training progress and effectiveness
• Maintain a positive and professional learning environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in process training
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and other training software
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience in process improvement and quality assurance
