We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Li-ion Cell R&D Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the research and development activities by conducting tests, experiments, and maintaining equipment in our laboratory. The role requires hard working attributes, proficiency in lab procedures, and a commitment to ensuring accuracy and safety in all tasks.
Conducting Experiments: Perform various tests and experiments as directed by engineers and researchers.
- Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Set up and calibrate equipment such as test rigs, instrumentation devices, and measurement tools. Ensure equipment is well-maintained and in optimal working condition.
Data Collection and Analysis: Record and document experimental data accurately. Assist in data analysis and report preparation under supervision.- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all lab activities. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to engineers and researchers during testing and experimentation. Troubleshoot equipment issues and propose solutions.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment used in the lab. Coordinate procurement of new materials as needed.
Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, scientists, and technicians to achieve project goals. Communicate effectively and contribute to team discussions.
Diploma in Engineering
- Proven experience (1-2 years) of working in any registered organisation.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining lab equipment and instrumentation.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, protocols, and safety guidelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
