Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our dynamic Sales/Business
Development team. The primary focus of this role is lead generation and coordinating meetings with
potential clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by
identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and ensuring effective scheduling and follow-up for meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
o Identify potential clients through various channels such as online research, databases,
and social media platforms.
o Qualify leads based on predefined criteria for further engagement.
o Maintain and update lead information in the system, ensuring accuracy and
completeness.
o Develop and execute strategies to increase the volume and quality of leads generated.
Meeting Coordination:
o Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
o Manage and organize calendars to ensure meetings are booked in a timely and efficient
manner.
o Send meeting invites, reminders, and follow-up emails to ensure high attendance and
engagement.
o Provide necessary documentation and background information to the sales team ahead
of meetings.
o Provide Demos and explanation of the product when required
Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent
communication and follow-up.
o Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information as
needed.
o Assist in nurturing leads that are not yet ready to convert, keeping them engaged until
they are sales-ready.
Reporting & Analysis:
o Track and report on lead generation activities, meeting coordination, and outcomes.
o Analyze the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and suggest improvements.
o Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine processes and
strategies.
o Send daily, weekly reports & monthly reports
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office,PPT and other relevant software.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to the growth of the company.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B lead generation.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
