Responsibilities
. 3-4 years of experience of Lloyds-London Market.
. Prior experience in Underwriting back office functions like Credit Control, Delegated Underwriting, Risk Entry, Premium and Claims Messaging.
. CII certificates like LM1, LM2 will be an advantage.
. Ensure the Key performance indicators / SLA's set by clients are achieved
. Should be proactive enough to understand the key responsibilities.
. SLA Compliance: Should be able to track requirements and maintain performance for day to day operations - Quality, Turn Around Time and Productivity.
. Conducts Quality Checks, PKT's and audits for the team members
. Analyze the inflow of work, support in work allocation and sends client reports as per requirements.
. Additional responsibilities as defined by Team Leader or Manager.
