Responsibilities
Process all HR related processes in the HCM (SAP). Scope includes processing new hire, terminations, transfers, promotions, time, and attendance etc. Reporting to Team Supervisor/Lead

Skill/Experience Requirements
. Graduate in any stream with 2 to 4 year of HR experience, with specific experience in HR administration,
. Should be able to communicate - written and verbal English language
. Ability to accurately respond to inquiries in fast paced high volume environment
. Ability to use multiple resources to research and resolve inquiries
. Fair knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
. Intense customer service focus with a strong sense of urgency
. Results and deadline driven
. Proficient in HR database applications (PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday.), knowledge of Hire to retire process, resolve customer issues
. Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks
Roles and responsibilities
Process HR transactions which may include:
o New hires (on SAP - OM, PM modules)
o Employment data changes
o Terminations/Retirements
o Basic reporting from SAP
o Leave and attendance transactions
o Changes in Employee Situations e.g. Reclassifications, Active to Inactive, Full-time/Part-Time and vice versa
. Resolve and handle transactional and administrative issues relating to areas such as leave administration, wage statements, unemployment claims, benefits administration etc. through comprehensive and accurate research within commitment guidelines
. Communicate resolution to callers with clarity via zoom chat or e-mail
. Identify trends and high volume inquires that may indicate corporate-wide issues inform management as appropriate
. Escalate non-transactional, production, or interpretative policy issues promptly and according to established protocols
. Maintain service level agreements
