Job Description

Responsibilities

Must Have
. Graduate in any stream
. Strong written and verbal communication skills
. Experience in HR Operations
. Results and deadline driven
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
. Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
. Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.)

. Accurately published reports and data entry into the LMS (Learning Management System)
. Administrative support to entire training admin activities & training schedule
. Resolve and handle transactional and administrative issues relating to areas such as training scheduling, invites, managing multiple schedules at the same time etc.
. Introduce quality control mechanisms within training that eliminates poor attendance
. Maintain service level agreements
. Process & perform quality checks on all Learning administration activities
. Provide assistance on resolving level 2 & 3 level questions on all Learning administration activities
. Escalate non-transactional, production issues promptly and according to established protocols
. Participate and contribute towards process transformation & automations
. Respond to escalated issues by clients
. Supports TL in training, daily reviews and escalations resolutions
2-4 years of experience in addressing learning queries and LMS management
