Responsibilities
- Fire protection system specifications and design basis (active i.e. Fire Water System and passive), Fire zone marking
- Fire proofing requirement/development of fire proofing layout, Fire Proofing specifications
- Knowledge of Fire Triangle & Gas detection, F&G detection, F&G Cause & Effect chart.
- Hazardous Area classification layout and schedule, Understanding of PFD, Stream Data.
- Safety equipment, escape & evacuations layouts
- Process Hazard Analysis, Hazard identification (HAZID, What-ifHAZOP, Consequence Analysis, HAZAN Study etc..) , Safety integrity level studies and Risk Assessment , Noise Restriction Management
- Knowledge/Handled in Safety Engineering Tools: PHAST, PHAST Risk (Safeti), Pipenet, Hazop Pro, Detect 3D, Flaresim, CFD tools.
