Our ideal Process & Quality Analyst will have:-
- Good Knowledge on CMMI, Agile and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Hands-on experience in process definition & implementation of Software processes- Knowledge on different process frameworks like ISO 9001, 27001, Kanban, Lean & Six Sigma
- Hands-on experience in Internal Auditing (IQA, SQA & CM Audit as per CMMI and ISO)
- Guide the project teams and support functions in adhering to the laid down procedures and practices
- Carrying out root cause analysis for defects/gaps and suggest preventive measure.
- Monitor periodically implementation of the defined QMS and identify process strengths and weakness.
- Ensure best practices are identified and shared across the organization.
- Good communication and Presentation Skills
