Process Manager / Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control: Monitor test results and analyse reasons for deviations, taking corrective actions to maintain product quality.
• Process Improvement: Review product quality and process capability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Instrument Calibration: Ensure testing and calibration of instruments for accuracy in measurement and control.
• Resource Optimization: Review power and heat consumption, raw mill and coal mill output, and cement mill output for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure 100% implementation of safety standards, including Progressive Consequence Management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Project Management: Identify bottlenecks and projects for improvement, formulate proposals, seek approval, and guide process optimization to achieve targets.

Qualification: B. E Chemical

Experience: 5+ years
