4-5 years of experience in U.S. mortgage underwriting - Strong knowledge of U.S. mortgage regulations, guidelines, and underwriting processes - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
