Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: 4-6 years in BPO or professional services, with 3-5 years in Global Payroll Processing.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in any stream.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.
Experience:
Global Payroll Processing.
1-2 years of team handling.
Coordinating with customers and vendors for payroll inputs and validation.
HRMS/ERP systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday.
Instructional design and content management.
Skills:
Results and deadline-driven.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience in multi-country payroll processing.
Experience with payroll systems such as ADP Streamline, Celergo, SAP Payroll, CGI, Lessorlon, Decidium, or Dayforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage updates to payroll-related data via self-service or payroll updates to banking or tax data.
Manage the receipt of other earnings, deductions, and/or payments.
Handle legally required employee deductions (levies, child support, tax payments).
Calculate and produce final payments for terminated employees.
Balance and load inbound exchange files for managing final payouts.
Obtain approvals for payroll, including final payouts for terminations.
Manage on and off-cycle payroll processing, consolidating gross earnings and deductions to produce net pay.
Process and distribute checks and pay slips, including electronically.
Create and send data exchange files to third parties or internal clients.
Execute the treasury funding process for payroll-related withdrawals/payments.
Post payroll-related cost allocations to GL accounts.
Coordinate payroll data transmission with third-party institutions.
Resolve returned banking details/deposits and outstanding checks.
Submit and process payment reversals and related year-to-date balances.
Produce and distribute employee year-end tax statements.
Calculate, produce, and process separation packages for terminations.
Handle end-to-end shadow payroll processing for US citizens in Europe and Asia.
Manage payroll for employees outside the main jurisdiction (secondees, temporary assignments).
Source deferred compensation payments globally and provide FX conversions for local payments.
Send payroll reports to Finance and external parties (vendors, government).
