Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture:
o Design and architect Darwinbox solutions that meet client requirements and align with industry best practices.
o Develop comprehensive solution architecture documentation, including technical specifications, data models, and process flows.
Client Engagement:
o Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
o Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
o Provide technical guidance and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
Implementation and Integration:
o Lead the implementation of Darwinbox HRMS, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
o Oversee data migration, system configuration, and customization activities.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
Project Management for Implementation:
o Act as the technical lead on projects, coordinating with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
o Ensure all technical aspects of projects are managed efficiently and effectively.
o Identify and mitigate risks related to technical delivery.
Quality Assurance:
o Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and quality standards.
o Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated with the latest developments in HR technology and Darwinbox product updates.
o Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance product features and functionality.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
o Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in solution architecture, system integration, and implementation, preferably in HR technology/Darwinbox.
o Proven experience with Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms is highly desirable.
o Preferably Darwinbox Certified (full suite)
Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
o Proficiency in data modelling, and database management.
o Preferrable experience with web technologies, APIs, and system integration methodologies, working experience on Studio Module in Darwinbox.
o Familiarity with cloud computing and SaaS platforms.
Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
o Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
