Process Lead - Hire to Retire

You'll make a difference by:

.Manage employee queries on call & email.

.Experience in tolls designed for handling emails via case or order system and IVR tool.

.Sort and prioritize daily requests to process and deliver within the SLA.

.Experience in managing small teams, international clientele and understand HR technologies such as cloud-based applications, RPA, AI, chatbot, blockchain

Your success is grounded in:

.6years to 8 years of relevant experience, with managing a team of at least 5 members

.Proficiency in MS Office packages like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

.Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.

.Proficiency in ERP like Workday, Contact, Concur, AMEX, and local tools

.Management graduate, preferably from reputed management institutes

.Right mindset to drive operational excellence & rigor

.Excellent interpersonal skills.
