Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identifying Areas & Analyzing
- Perform comprehensive review and analyze various data and information, connect the dots to identify an opportunity that can be converted into actionable insights to contribute to top line of the company.
- Analyze customer agreements, credits data processed towards chargebacks, rebates, pricing, returns, FTS & other Gross to Net components with an objective of improving realization, process improvement and better understanding of customer practice.
- Perform root cause analysis for high financial outflow & setting up processes to mitigate or avoid the occurrence.
- Identify clearly the revenue leakage areas, look for possibilities of recovery & ensuring process correction, wherever possible.
- Reporting or highlight trends, variations, providing insights, giving early signals of possible movements to realize value or benefit
- Interactions with Customers and Cross Functional Teams
- Drive discussions with various cross functional teams (CSR, SCM, Sales, Marketing, IT etc..) on the opportunities identified for bringing the consensus and finalize the strategy for dispute/discussion with customer.
- Pursuing various analyzed items with customers in a structured manner to operationalize the opportunity.
- Maintain a good network with all CFT's and obtain regular updates on the key developments happening in Business.
- Has to be Subject Matter Expert in all the processes and provide inputs for resolution for any exception situation
- Automation Projects
- Identify automation opportunities which would aid or assist in analysis and can help in regular review and drive for implementation.
- Reporting to Top Management
- Preparing the deck and presentation to the senior business and finance teams on recurring basis.
- Periodic updates to Top Management on various opportunities identified and the status.
Key performance Indicators
- Opportunities Identified and taken forward for implementation
- Proficiency in Dr Reddys Systems - SAP, Vistex, EDI
- Continuous learning on customer practises and business nuances
- Review of customer contracts and business models
Mandatory Skills
Experience in FP&A preferable
