This position is responsible for managing all Service-Related Activities raised by internal stakeholders. Candidate is required to understand the service request raised & get it processed without any errors and within the stipulated TAT. The position requires very good analytical skills and understanding to the process as well as system for correct and timely catering the request
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing the team for processing the Service Request within the stipulated TAT with Nil Errors.
- Preparation and Circulation of Internal Servicing MIS.
- Excellent knowledge of processes and systems for Business Banking functions with prior related experience of at least 3 years
- Have a sense of Time Management Skills which will enhance the Team management art.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Automation of Service Request from SFDC in CBS.
- Preparation of presentations for internal reviews and data analysis for projects.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation : Any Graduation
Post Graduation : Any Post-graduation
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
