JOB ROLE:Process Expert

Job Requirement:

  • Any fulltime Graduate who has working knowledge in Credit Bureau
  • Willingness to work in all shifts.
  • Mode of Salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No Cash in hand).
  • All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.

Experience: 1-4 years

Tasks:

. ACDV 104s - Employees will be responsible for reviewing an automated consumer dispute verification (ACDV) 104 case, submitted via e-OSCAR by the credit reporting agencies (CRA) on an Elan or U.S. Bank consumer credit card account.

. Coerced - Employees will be responsible for completing a case related delinquency review and, if applicable, updating the credit bureau(s) when CP accepts a credit card case for a victim of coerced debt.

. Employees will be responsible for identifying consumer credit reporting errors caused by fraud or dispute cases and processing the corresponding credit bureau update for the following tasks:

o Missing UID, No Match, Rec Track,Casper

. Min Pay - Employees will be responsible for completing delinquency reviews and updates related to transactional fraud and dispute cases which had an incorrect issuance of provisional credit (PC).

. Bad Debt - Employees will be responsible for completing delinquency reviews and performing needed credit bureau reporting updates for accepted transactional fraud and dispute cases filed on Bad Debt status accounts.

. Direct Consumer Report Dispute (DCRD) - Employees will be responsible for completing delinquency reviews and performing needed credit bureau reporting updates related to transactional fraud cases which are received via Direct Consumer Report Dispute (DCRD) notification.

. Exception Review - Employees will be responsible for remediating or challenging quality exceptions sited by the PQM team. These exceptions will be distributed to the employees by the stateside team lead.

. Special Request - Employees will be responsible for handling special requests which is anything else received by the department that relates to a credit bureau request. These are assigned out by the stateside team lead.

. CIT Remediation - Employees will be responsible for reviewing ad hoc requests received from various groups and will, as applicable, conduct standard delinquency reviews and updates or provide credit reporting details related to
