Job Description
- Expert knowledge in usage of workflow automation tools and process flow of accounts payable functions and Basic/Novice in usage of robotic process automation (RPA) technologies
- Expert in Communication skills ,self organized & self guided
- Proficiency in using advanced invoice processing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP
- Ensuring execution of activity mapping & meeting with Project charter time lines
- Responsible to prepare the Desk top procedures along with the standard templates including the change process
- Ensure Issue log resolutions with responsible stake holders & complete the RASIC activity split (Resident & Service Center)
- Identification of Gaps in process and resolution to meet Standard process defined in GS Landscape
Qualifications
B.com/M.com/M.B.A (Finance); Certified Accounts Payable Professional, Certified Public Accountant is desirable
