- Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented
Meet client metrics & related issues on time with highest quality, stay up to date with the process knowledge/changes. Refer to knowledge updates/repositories to effectively process transactions.- Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the daily/monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
Moderate the content and ensure the required accuracy is maintained.- Complete the given assignments within the defined SLA/TAT
Work and understand metrics to manage performance independently
- Make the correct decisions to ensure accurate information is updated on the front-end.
Focus on achieving 100% user satisfaction and ensure zero client escalations.
Excellent command over communication skills and strong command over the local language/ language off support in the region (English & Hindi)- Excellent customer service skills.
Willing to work in a shift based work schedule
