Job Description Process Executive
- To format the old process as per the new format.
- To ensure the process is complied with government norms if applicable.
- To ensure the processes are drafted as per the Document Formatting Process and
the Process Formatting Process providing uniformity which would facilitate easy and quick read.
- To ensure the process is prepared, checked, approved, launched and archived as the cases
may be.
- To coordinate with the Dept head, HoS, Director principal to resolve any
comments/queries that be raised by the respective approvers.
- To review all the old implemented processes and check with the process owner whether
the process requires updating. If updation required then begin the updation process.
- Design training curriculum.
- To keep the Process folders including sub-folders in good housekeeping: Once the process is
approved, move the file to Implemented Processes Folder .
- To audit the process implementation and provide a report of the same.
- To help in the NABET accreditation process.
