Process Executive

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the job market context of India and should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

1. Check Claim Status:- Call the insurance company or use their online system to find out about the claim.

2. Ask Questions: - If there's an issue, ask specific questions and note down the answers.

3. Document Everything:- Take detailed notes about the call, using the standard format for our client.

4. Take Corrective Action:- If needed, send necessary documents to fix the issue with the claim.

5. Record Actions: - Keep a log of all the steps taken and notes on the customer's platform.

6. Follow Security Rules:- Stick to MBW's security guidelines to keep information safe.

7. Ethical Behaviour:- Always act ethically and follow guidelines, don't stay on the side-lines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate (Limited to pass outs from 2021, 2022, and 2023)
• Experience: Fresher
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degrees including but not limited to BSc, B.Com, BBA, BA, B. Pharma, etc.
• Must be ready to work from office.
• Must be ready to work in night shifts.

Please note: We are specifically Hiring degree graduates, no BE/B.Tech qualifications, no Post Graduates, no diploma holders, and no candidates currently pursuing studies.

• Original Aadhar Card (Mandatory)
• Soft copy of PAN Card.
• Soft copies of SSC, Intermediate, and Graduation documents.
• Passport size photograph.
