As the process executive, you will be responsible for collaborating with the IT team to address and resolve
any process executive-related issues or challenges encountered by the organizations employees or systems. Evaluate current processes and pinpoint areas in need of improvement. Work closely with both internal and external teams to assist in resolving their issues.

1. Addressing issues within the process executives workflow, ensuring resolutions efficiently.
2. Coordinating with the IT team to solve potential problems like IT-related issues and mobile-related
issues.
3. Ability to design a new process and provide solutions to arising issues.

Critical factors for success
