Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate role located in Ahmedabad. The Process Executive will be responsible for tasks related to quality auditing, quality assurance, and ensuring effective communication within the organization as well as with the MD offices and the Pt's

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills
• Experience in Quality Auditing
• Experience in Inbound and Outbound calls for US based Customers or Patients ( Must Have )
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Highly strong written and verbal communication skills
