Job Summary
The Business Process Executive will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of TheraYog. This includes handling customer escalations, maintaining databases, providing transactional support, and utilizing various software tools efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient business operations, ultimately contributing to the satisfaction and retention of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Address customer issues related to the delivery of digital products promptly and effectively over calls, emails and chat.
Maintain and organize operational databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Assist in the transaction processes for purchasing digital products and services.
