- Should guide trainee or PE I in every aspect if they approach.
- Should do at least 3 clients or process to get next level.
- Achieving all types of targets.
- Working on quality assurance
- Taking initiatives on work
- Maintain MIS for day to day data management
- Client Stakeholder Management,
- Drive process improvements and ideation
- Manage quality, controls, risk compliance aspect for the deal
- Assisted Insurance Brokers in Finding markets and placing policies for Small scale Commercial companies
Jo b requirements and qualifications
- Should be ready to work in rotational shifts
- Associate degree or Engineering in any field or related discipline. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis.
- Ability to: Plan, organize and document day to day activities in alignment with institutional policies/procedures.
- Communicate effectively and share information both verbally and in writing; establish and maintain cooperation, understanding, trust and credibility; perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency.
